MEDAL OF HONOR

It is with extreme great honor that we acknowledge Voyageur Kenneth David, from Trumbull County Voiture # 1182, Warren, Ohio for receiving the military's highest award.  Kenneth is shown above with President Joe Biden in Washington D.C. at ceremonies accepting this most prestigious medal.  Specialist 4th Class Kenneth David served in the United States Army and served in Viet Nam in 1970.  As a Radio/Telephone Operator his unit came under fire and began being over run.  Calling out to draw fire to cover his comrades against the enemy, Kenneth saved many lives that day while under live fire.  His courageous and concern for his fellow comrades changed his life forever that day.  We are proud to recognize this veteran and Voyageur of La Societe Trumbull County Voiture # 1182 in Warren, Ohio.  Words cannot express our pride in your service to our country and your fellow comrades.  CONGRATULATIONs from all your fellow Voyageurs from your locale.
